HEALTHY RECIPE:

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp unsalted butter melted

• 1 large egg

• 3 tbsp superfine almond flour

• ¼ tsp coconut flour

• ½ tsp baking powder

• 1 ½ tbsp erythritol sweetener granular

• ¼ tsp vanilla

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• ¼ tsp lemon zest plus additional for topping

Instructions:

• In a microwave-safe mug that can hold at least 8 oz of liquid, add all mug cake ingredients except lemon zest. Mix with a small whisk until batter is smooth.

• Stir in 1/4 tsp lemon zest. Add a little more zest over surface of the cake. This should only be about a pinch worth spread out across the surface.

• Cook the cake in the microwave for about 1 minute and 40 seconds. Let cake cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar substitute (like Swerve) or other topping of your choice. Cake is best consumed shortly after it is cooked.

MODEL CALL FOR STYLISH AND SHORTER CUTS

Our talented training stylists are on the lookout for models interested in short haircuts like inverted bobs, and/or pixie haircut. They've been honing their skills in the salon, and now they need more fabulous "models" to sign off on, allowing us to open their services online. Everything is overseen by a senior stylist!

Pricing details are available on our website under Training Stylist Pricing. While online booking for these services isn't available just yet, our training stylists can coordinate with a leveled stylist's schedule. Simply fill out our digital consult form to express your interest, and they will reach out to you to book in. Feel free to call for bookings as well, but don't forget to complete the digital consult form for seamless coordination of services and scheduling.
