Salon Etiquette
Just a few ground rules before you visit us:
Please arrive for your appointment with clean, dry hair.
Please feel free to bring pictures and or ideas with you to your appointment.
Most corrective colors are collective. Often two or three appointments are needed to achieve desired results.
We prefer our clients to see their look as a whole when they are at the end of their service. For that reason, we do not allow clients to finish or style their hair themselves.
We do take deposits for new guests booking services. 100% of the deposit is applicable to your appointment. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled the deposit can be transferred 1 time to another appointment. This policy is for first time appointments. Once you are a guest f the studio, deposits are not necessary.
Gratuity
Gratuity is only added into our Bridal services. Just like any other service industry, a common gratuity consists of between 15-20% of the service total depending on your personal experience.
Cancellation Policy
The time you reserve is set aside just for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
The first late cancellation appointment is always forgiven. We get it-- life happens. Any appointments cancelled after that with less than 48 hours notice will be considered a "late-cancel".
If you late-cancel a second appointment you will be responsible for 50% of your services booked.
Any following appointments that are missed subsequently will not be able to be rebooked at our studio.
Any “No Show’s” will not be able to rebook at our studio.
