Hi! My name is Devin and Teal has been my salon home for 6 years now! Doing hair has always been my passion and when I was looking for a new salon home I knew i wanted to be in one that specialized in extensions and worked as a team.
I came across Teal and instantly loved the vibe and atmosphere! Teal is a collaborative studio, we all work together, share formulas and help each other be our best selves. There is so much room for growth!

Hi! My name is Erin and I’ve been with teal for just over 3 years now! I chose to work at teal when I first started out because there was an amazing vibe and atmosphere that I wanted to be apart of. I always pictured myself working at a modern,fun salon and I’m so glad I found teal because it is exactly what I was hoping for! Being at teal I have been lucky enough to be apart of so many amazing weddings and have been able to give people the hair of their dreams. The girls at teal are so supportive and push for you to do your best. Teal is such a collaborative team, we truly all work together. Not many salons work as a team and want to help each other grow but teal definitely isn’t like most salons.
These girls have truly become some great friends and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else!

Hi! My name is Alexia and I’ve been at Teal for a year and a half now. I wanted to begin my journey at Teal mainly because I loved the atmosphere of the salon, and how modern & chic it is.
I quickly learned that it’s not just all about the looks but about the people too. I was warmly welcomed by everyone and I can honestly say it’s like I’m working with friends rather than co-workers.
What’s different about Teal is we are a very collaborative team. We are always working on bettering ourselves in and out of the salon to meet all of our clients needs as well as our own.

Hi! My name is Lydia and I’ve been apart of the team at Teal for 9 years. I chose Teal when starting my career for 2 main reasons. The first being they were the only salon I could find at the time advertising bridal services and I knew that was an area I wanted to specialize in. The second being they were one of the few salons in the area at the time with a consistent social media presence. Prior to my cosmetology training, I earned my degree in marketing & management and social media was becoming the way to advertise for businesses. It was important to me to be a part of a salon that was relevant and keeping up with the market trends.
One of the best things about being at Teal is the freedom, flexibility and opportunity for growth. Even working at a commission salon, stylists here are treated as intrapreneurs. Being able to grow my career with a schedule that works for me as well as ongoing education in technical and business skills are important to me and these are things that are also a big part of the culture at Teal. Input and opinions from the team are very valued here. It’s great being part of a team that works together and grows together.

Heyy darling!! I'm Julia and I've been with Teal since 2017. I’ve always dreamt of being a stylist. There's nothing else I've wanted to be. I had a specific idea of what salon I wanted to work in. It had to be modern, with people around my own age, that also specialized in extensions, blonding services & bridal. Teal offered all 3 ! I love that I’ve been able to specialize in my craft of extensions over the past 7 years. I love what I do and wake up happy to help guests feel like their best self
Why is Teal different? Teal is a collaborative salon. This means we all work together. If you see me for an appointment. Then you need a day I'm not in & see one of the other girls, both appointments will be identical ! Not many salons offer a cohesive experience. We all share formulas, bounce ideas off each other & help one another whenever we can. I couldn’t imagine working somewhere where I couldn’t bounce ideas off each other or have someone to lean on if I was struggling

Hi there! I’m Leah and TEAL has been my home for about two and a half years now. When I first started in this industry, I had been on an 8 year hiatus from being behind the chair during cosmetology school. I lacked a lot of self confidence and knew I needed to be brought up to speed with current education, technique and trends.
TEAL became my salon home in 2022, and the team here immediately embraced me when I was just starting my career. I learned from each of the stylists while working alongside them in the studio, and I felt fully supported the entire way through my training as an associate. Learning the “why” behind every step of the way, learning to believe in myself, continue my education, and truly hold my confidence.
What makes working in this salon so different from others, is the culture. The collaboration between stylists; the way we enjoy each other in the studio + working on clientele together. We strive to make appointments cohesive, so that every guest gets the opportunity to experience our salon the same way, no matter whose chair you’re in. It’s also different due to the freedom of flexibility, ensuring a harmonic balance between your work and personal life. These are just a few of the reasons as to why I feel so fortunate to share a space with like minded stylists, and a fantastic clientele. I truly couldn’t picture myself at another salon!
